A little bit about me. I was born and raised in Sacramento and I married my elementary school crush. We have three beautiful children whom I love dearly. I share my health and wellness passion with another for music. I am in a band and have been playing guitar for 25 years now. Personally, I have never had a weight issue. However, I have been witness to my friends and parts of my extended family’s health becoming severely compromised due to obesity and it is my passion to protect people from that. You can say that I have a personal vendetta against excess body fat. I am determined to reach as many people as I can to educate them on the proper way to address body fat issues that does not include introducing anything harmful or unnatural to the body.

I was born and raised here in Sacramento and spent 3 years living in Wyoming when I decided I wanted to try something new. Outside of the professional world, I enjoy the simple things. I am very close with my family. Along with my parents, I have two sisters and one brother, and I am the proudest aunt of six nieces and nephews! My fiance and I live in the Sacramento area along with our extremely spoiled dog, Nala. We enjoy traveling, cooking (and eating 🙂 ), riding our bikes and of course, spending time with our family and friends. For as long as I can remember, I have always had the urge to help others by any avenue that I could, but it was when I moved to Wyoming that I really found my passion for working directly with people. I worked in a very busy physical therapy clinic where I was able to be hands on with patients and help them recover back to their normal daily lives after an injury, surgery, stroke, and many other circumstances. That was so rewarding to me. To know that I made a difference in these people’s lives and that I helped them when they were in such a vulnerable state. Fast forward to now, I believe my heart brought me into this business. I am passionate about helping people regain their health and live the fullest life they can! Even better, in my hometown where I can directly affect OUR community. Obesity is one of the major causes of disease and it is fully preventable!
